Graham, just a quick note to say an enormous thank you for a fantastic day at Silverstone. It was a brilliant day and every one showed such kindness and generosity making the whole experience all the more memorable. Please pass on my thanks to all those who were involved with the event, even the grim weather didn’t spoil the fun. I don’t think I managed to stop smiling till about Saturday. Once again a big thank you.

My name is Tony Compson, I was recently in Tyrwhitt House and during this stay went to Silverstone for the track day. What can I say….bloody marvellous!!!! A cracking opportunity and a great experience. After all my years working in motorsport, I finally got to be behind the wheel instead of mending the thing. After I had my accident whilst racing my powerboat some years ago, I struggled to come to terms with a lot of things in my life but this day out cheered me up no end!!!

Unfortunately, after the track day I realised something…. I am really still a bit of an adrenaline junkie at heart and so intend to attempt to find more things to do and maybe even pass on some limited knowledge to others whilst having something useful and enjoyable to do!!!! I would personally and sincerely like to thank yourself and ALL the others involved in the organising and running of the Silverstone Track Day….. I got to drive an Audi R8 V10 (and lots of others)…loved it….

I look forward to meeting you again some day!!
